Dipta joined Hill & Associates Indonesia in August 2021, bringing over a decade of specialised experience in risk management, fraud prevention, investigations, research, and security. As Director, she leads the Commercial Enquiries and Fraud Prevention & Integrity Risk practice in Indonesia and oversees the local office’s operations.

Prior to joining Hill & Associates, Dipta served as the Country Security Lead for a global supply chain company, where she supervised executives, guards, and external security providers. There, she developed and implemented programs focused on asset protection, loss prevention, fraud control, security training, and auditing.

Earlier in her career, Dipta led a Business Investigation & Compliance division at another risk management consultancy. Her responsibilities included managing pre-employment screenings, due diligence checks, asset tracing, fraud investigations, brand protection, mystery shopping initiatives, whistleblower systems (WBS), and ISO 37001:ABMS certification processes.
