Before joining Hill & Associates in June 2022, Andrew served with the Western Australian Police, where he oversaw investigations, responded to critical incidents, and supported large-scale public safety operations. His analytical experience spans Hong Kong, Australia, and Myanmar, enabling him to provide nuanced insights and advice tailored to diverse geopolitical environments.
